As part of the activities of the MEDIET4ALL Project, a high-level scientific conference was held at the Agro-pôle Olivier of the École Nationale d’Agriculture de Meknès, focusing on sustainable virgin olive oil production, the Mediterranean Diet, and innovative biodegradable food packaging solutions.

We were honored to welcome Neşe Şahin Yeşilçubuk and Hande Yenipaza, both internationally recognized experts in green extraction technologies and bioactive, biodegradable food packaging materials, their presentations provided valuable scientific insights and opened new perspectives for innovation within the olive oil value chain and circular economy.
