A new scientific publication from the MEDIET4ALL project highlights the nutritional richness and strong antioxidant potential of traditional Mediterranean diet recipes.

By analysing emblematic dishes from several Mediterranean and non-Mediterranean countries, this study provides scientific evidence of the key role played by ingredients, culinary practices and Mediterranean food heritage in promoting health.

This research highlights the beneficial role of Mediterranean traditional recipes in a balanced diet and provides scientific evidence to promote this culinary heritage in the MEDIET4ALL program.
