29 July 2025, we celebrated the successful Master thesis defense of a student from École Nationale d’Agriculture de Meknès, who conducted her final research project as part of the activities of the MEDIET4ALL Project.

Her research focused on assessing the potential of chromatographic and spectroscopic methods for detecting adulteration in Moroccan extra virgin olive oil through a comparative analysis.
